“I’ve found Strength”

Sometimes I feel like I can’t breath knees get weak
then I can’t speak
I try to move but I can’t find motion
So I stand there lost in the midst of confusion
Is my mind tricking me or is this an illusion .
It can’t be because I feel my heart beat
I feel my body drop to my knees so I know it real
Something come help this wound heal
Because I hurting I’m lost and I can’t be found
My mind is so out of it I can’t hear a sound
Hold on but Im alive
I know Im alive
I been through the hurt &pain but yet I still survive
